Fresh Beat Band: Music from the Hit TV Show features 20 high-energy pop songs from the popular Nick Jr. program, including the hit singles “Great Day,” “Bananas,” “Just Like a Rock Star,” and “Here We Go.” Musically, the FBB takes its cues from other children’s/teen pop acts like the Wiggles and Hanna Montana, conjuring up an accessible brew of rock, dance, punk, pop, and rap that’s as catchy as it is harmless. That said, songs like “Stomp the House” and “Loco Legs,” due to their titles alone, should be played only when a parent is present, to prevent a potentially enormous home repair bill.
